Based on my experience I would recommend coaching with Arpitha to anyone, who would like to develop a mindfulness-practice, move an existing practice to the next level, develop better stress-management techniques, acquire a deeper understanding of emotions and how they can better work for oneself.
I had a great time during this course and learned a lot about mindfulness and self-care, as well as what works for me and what doesn’t. I had never really tried to be mindful prior to this course, but Arpitha guided me through these practices over the course.
